Ex-boyfriend of Towie star guilty over nightclub acid attack

A Man has been discovered guilty of finishing up an acid attack in a packed London membership which left a couple of people injured.

Arthur Collins, the ex-boyfriend of reality TELEVISION big name Ferne McCann, threw the corrosive substance at revellers in Mangle E8 in Dalston on 17 April.

The 25-12 months-outdated admitted throwing the liquid but had claimed he believed it was a date rape drug.

He was once convicted at Timber Green Crown Courtroom. Andre Phoenix, who used to be accused of helping him, was found no longer guilty.

How a night out resulted in scars for life

More Than a dozen individuals suffered burns when Collins sprayed acid over revellers within the busy east London venue at about 01:00 BST.

CCTV proven in Court showed clubbers clutching their faces and operating off the dancefloor as they have been hit with the liquid.

Victims told the jury their skin started out “blistering right away” and described a burning scent. The liquid was later found to have a ranking of pH1.

Collins advised the Court Docket right through the trial he had been at the club celebrating the news of Ms McCann’s pregnancy, which the couple had revealed to her family on the day past.
