Meet Tarzan – the robot designed to monitor crops

A robot designed to swing between cables suspended over crop rows to monitor vegetation has been developed by way of US college Georgia Tech.

The prototype robotic, called Tarzan, will acquire information about the plants and ship it to the farmer.

The group plan to check Tarzan on a soybean farm later this yr and consider it is going to be prepared for release in three years.
