N Korea missile launch fails, says South Korea

North Korea has attempted to launch a missile on its east coast which is believed to have failed, South Korea’s armed forces says.

It comes a day after the state warned the united states that it was “able to hit again with nuclear assaults” amid mounting pressure in the region.

On Saturday, a militia parade used to be held in Pyongyang as a show of force.

North Korea has already carried out five nuclear checks and a sequence of missile launches.

“North Korea tried to check an unidentified type of missile from [its eastern port of] Sinpo,” the ministry said, adding that the suspected launch on Sunday had “failed”.

The ministry mentioned that it was once investigating for further important points.

North Korea marked the A Hundred And Fifth anniversary of the delivery of its founding president, Kim Il-sung, on Saturday with a huge parade in Pyongyang amid hypothesis that present chief Kim Jong-un may order a new nuclear test.
