Russia's Putin and Venezuela's Maduro discuss energy ties

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro, the Kremlin said on Friday.

The Two leaders discussed bilateral members of the family together with within the power sector, the Kremlin said.

They agreed to meet on Nov. 23 at summit of gasoline-exporting countries in Teheran, Maduro stated on state tv later on Friday.
